Hot Honey Baked Salmon

  • Canola, avocado, or another high smoke point, neutral oil
  • 2 pounds salmon, cut into 2 inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon Kinder's Red Jalapeño Garlic seasoning or similar
  • ½ cup hot honey - use premade or make your own
  • Black and white sesame seeds, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 450° F. Rub a sheet pan with oil.

Add the salmon strips to the sheet pan. Sprinkle them liberally with the seasoning. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon is crispy on top.

Drizzle the hot honey over the salmon. Sprinkle the top with the sesame seeds.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
