Fruit Salad

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple cubes in natural juice
  • 2 ounces dried figs, roughly chopped
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • Rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 fluid ounces sugar free ginger ale

Place the fruits in a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour over the ginger ale and serve immediately.

  • Yields: 6 servings
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
