- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple cubes in natural juice
- 2 ounces dried figs, roughly chopped
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- Rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 4 fluid ounces sugar free ginger ale
Place the fruits in a bowl, add the lemon juice and mix well. Pour over the ginger ale and serve immediately.
