- 1 1/2 c. Greek yogurt
- 1 T. maple syrup
- 1/3 c. fruit, cut into small pieces
- 1/3 c. granola (choose your favorite variety)
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup. Carefully stir in the fruit of your choice. Small items, like berries, need not be cut. Larger items, like peaches or kiwi, will need to be cut into small pieces. Feel free to mix and match the fruit according to your tastes.
Carefully spoon the mixture into popsicle or silicone baking molds. Carefully sprinkle a little granola over the top of the yogurt and freeze for at least 2 hours before carefully unmolding. To unmold, warm the frozen treat slightly in your hand and carefully remove the mold. Enjoy your frozen treats!
