Easy Pickled Red Onions

  • 1 large red onion
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 cup water

Thinly slice the red onion. Place the onion slices in a jar.

Add the remaining ingredients to the jar and shake vigorously to combine. Sit at room temperature for 1-3 hours.
