- 3 cucumbers
- 1 cup mayonnaise (preferably home made)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons each, fresh dill, chopped parsley, salt, white pepper
Peel cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and cut into thin slices. Place in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let drain 20 minutes. Rinse and dry. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasonings, add cucumber slices and chill until ready to serve.
