These make a great snack for kids and adults alike.
- Corn tortillas, allow 3 or 4 per person
- Butter
- Salt to taste
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and place three or four tortillas into the butter, spreading them out as much as possible. Allow the tortillas to become slightly crisp on one side before turning, about 5 to 7 minutes. Allow the other side to become slightly crisp and serve immediately. Salt to taste.
