- 8 chai spice tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Ice
Brew the tea bags in boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add the evaporated skim milk and sugar.
Cool the mixture slightly, then pour it over ice. For a slushy consistency, pour the Chai and ice cubes into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
