- 1/2 caribou tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes (substitute 2 lbs. beef stew meat)
- 5-6 red new potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can chile with beans
- 1 clove garlic, chopped extra fine
- 2 T. butter
- Small handful Mrs. Dash.
- Salt
Throw all of the ingredients into a pot with 6 cups water and boil until the meat is tender.
