- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 large apples, chopped
- ⅓ cup sliced dry roasted almonds
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper, to taste
Combine the broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, almonds, and dried cranberries in a large bowl.
Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad and toss well to coat. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
