Banana Ice Cream

• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 1/2 c. milk or cream, or a mixture of both
• 1/2 c. sugar

Puree the bananas in a mixing bowl. Pour in the milk/cream and sugar, mix well.

Then either transfer the mixture into an electric ice cream maker and operate according to instructions or use the "hand-made" method as above.
