Divide the ground beef into 4 patties. Sprinkle the patties with the seasoned salt on both sides and set aside. Preheat an oven-proof, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the prepared patties into the pan and allow to sear for 2 minutes on one side. Do not flip.
Meanwhile, arrange the bacon in a single layer on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Turn the oven to 450 degrees.
After the burgers have cooked for 2 minutes, carefully flip them and put the skillet in the oven, above the bacon. Allow both to cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the burgers are done according to your tastes. If the bacon needs more time to fry, continue monitoring it until it is cooked and crispy.
Meanwhile, combine the cheese and sour cream to make a sauce and toast the onion rolls. When the burgers and bacon are done, slather the bleu cheese sauce on each of the buns and add a burger and 4 slices of bacon to each bun. Serve immediately.
