- 1 c. mixed greens
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- ¼ c. red grapes, halved
- 1 small roasted beet, julienned
- Small handful walnuts, chopped
- 1 oz. honey chèvre, sliced into rounds
- 1-2 T. honey mustard dressing
In a large serving bowl, place the greens in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the remaining ingredients over the greens and drizzle with the honey mustard dressing prior to serving.
