This oriental-inspired marinade is great with poultry, pork or lamb.
- 2 T. black bean sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
- 2 T. sherry
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine.
