- 8 ounces shishito peppers - you can find them at farmers markets, some grocery stores, Asian markets, and Trader Joe’s
- 8 ounces fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
- Olive oil spray
- 1 teaspoon garlic-heavy seasoning - I used Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Seasoning
Spray the shishito peppers and asparagus all over with olive oil.
Set the air fryer to cycle at 400°F for 8 minutes.
Transfer the vegetables to the air fryer and cook, shaking the basket halfway until soft and slightly charred and blistered.
Sprinkle with the seasoning and serve warm. Enjoy!
