- 1 bundle buckwheat lo mein noodles
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. prepackaged fresh stir-fry vegetable blends
- 1/3 c. hosein sauce
- 1/3 c. Szechuan barbecue sauce
- 1 T. Thai chili-garlic paste
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, Heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add the veggies and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 8-10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and the drained, cooked noodles. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
