I'll begin. I'm really a fan of snacks and appetizers because they make entertaining so easy. My freezer regularly has puff pastry and phyllo dough in it, as well as a selection of ice cream, homemade jams and jellies, shrimp and other seafood, and ready-made pizza crusts. In my refrigerator, I like having a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, cheeses, olives, and mustards. My pantry always has at least a couple kinds of crackers, chocolate, pudding and jello mixes and some nuts. When you have basics like that, putting together snack mixes, warm and cold appetizers or just a little something to tide you over until dinner is a snap.Each month, we ask a different question here.
