I'd love to take other courses focusing on the food of both Thailand and Ethiopia. Beyond that, I'd love a good, basic course on bread baking. There's something wonderful about the smell of freshly baked bread and I'd like to have more variety to explore, there. Okay -- your turn! Each month, we ask a different question here. It's back to school time and that means daydreaming about cooking classes. Here at Seasoned Cooking, we try to cover a wide range of topics over the course of a year. Sometimes, articles are inspired by a longtime dream of enjoying a series of cooking classes. So, this month, we're asking you to share your ideas about cooking classes you'd like to take.
