Greetings!
Happy Easter! It's time again for a summary of the great posts shared with you this week. The first is about the aftermath of tax season and how you can reduce stress via chocolate. Well, not really ... but it tastes great and there's comfort in that!
The second blog article posted this week is a healthier approach with a fantastic wheat berry salad with an ethnic flair. I love cooking with wheat berries and find excuses to use them often. There's nothing like spring and fresh produce to give me just such an excuse.
Finally, it's Easter time and time to tackle holiday menus. There's a great article being shared about planning ahead and making the holiday one that's fun, relaxing and not easily forgotten. The potluck idea is especially appealing to me. Here's hoping your Easter plans go smoothly and bring you joy.
