Greetings!
There are three great articles to share with you this week. The first is a small grumbling about the political mayhem that's happening in my hometown of Madison, Wisconsin and how I deal with stress by baking -- and then taking baked goods down to the Capitol Square to share with people! The recipe I included is for rich, delicious Classic Pumpkin Bars.
The second blog article posted this week is all about spring rolls. Filling a spring roll wrapper with fresh veggies and spicy chicken makes for a fantastic dish that helps welcome the new season. Making a homemade dipping sauce packed with fire and citrus makes it all the better. Get recipes for both in this great article: How Does Spring Roll?
Finally, the suddenly chilly weather this week - a sure sign that spring really is just around the corner - has me pondering tea and enjoying it in its many forms. I share my favorite ways to partake and ask about your own rituals. I also talk a bit about tea time, from which this blog article gets its title.
