PBB Ice Cream

  • 5 bananas, peeled and frozen for at least 5 hours
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 T. maple syrup

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and slightly fluffy. Scoop the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. If it is particularly solid, allow it to rest on the counter for about 20 minutes before serving.

  • Yields: 4-6 servings
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus freezing time
