Oven Baked Bacon-Egg Cups

  • Cooking spray
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and cooled
  • 12 eggs
  • ¼ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Preheat the oven to 375° F. Spray a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.

Carefully press one slice of bacon into each muffin tin, like a collar outlining the edge of each cup. Carefully crack an egg into each cup and sprinkle with a bit of the cheese.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs reach your desired consistency. Remove and serve immediately.
