Caribou Tenderloin Stew

  • 1/2 caribou tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes (substitute 2 lbs. beef stew meat)
  • 5-6 red new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can chile with beans
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped extra fine
  • 2 T. butter
  • Small handful Mrs. Dash.
  • Salt

Throw all of the ingredients into a pot with 6 cups water and boil until the meat is tender.
