Breakfast Pizza

  • Flatbreads
  • Fresh spinach
  • Sliced green onions
  • Crumbled thick-cut bacon
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Lightly scrambled eggs
  • Grated cheese - I used a mozzarella-asiago blend

Preheat the oven to 400° F. Using the flatbread(s) of your choice as a foundation, layer the ingredients generously without entirely covering the flatbread(s). There should be open margins available for crisping in the oven.

Once the oven is ready, slide the flatbread(s) onto a preheated pizza stone or directly onto the oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and allow the flatbread(s) to rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
