Breakfast Parfait

  • 1/2 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3 T. granola
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 small kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • several grapes
  • 1 c. low fat vanilla yogurt

Layer the following in an 8 ounce drinking or dessert glass:

  1. banana
  2. 1 T. granola with 1/2 tsp. honey
  3. 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
  4. kiwi
  5. banana
  6. 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
  7. 1 T. granola with 1/2 tsp. honey
  8. banana
  9. kiwi
  10. 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt
  11. grapes and 1 T. granola

The amounts and layering technique are not exact. Feel free to change the amounts and/or layers according to your specific tastes.
