Autumn Salad

  • 1 c. mixed greens
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • ¼ c. red grapes, halved
  • 1 small roasted beet, julienned
  • Small handful walnuts, chopped
  • 1 oz. honey chèvre, sliced into rounds
  • 1-2 T. honey mustard dressing

In a large serving bowl, place the greens in the bottom of the bowl and arrange the remaining ingredients over the greens and drizzle with the honey mustard dressing prior to serving.

  • Yields: 1 serving (easily multiplied)
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
