Seasoned Greetings!
Quick meals that don't skimp on flavor and luxurious holiday food are on the menu this time around at Seasoned Cooking:
Weeknight Shorts: All Alone
Ever had just one boneless, skinless chicken breast? Before you decide to make a sandwich (although that would be tasty), consider making a meal to feed the whole family. Just add pasta and veggies and you're mostly there.
Skill It
Sometimes dinner involves blending what you have into a meal that checks all the boxes and leaves you wondering why you didn't make it sooner. This is especially true when it has you thinking outside the box and using what you have on hand to make a great meal.
Apple Spice and Everything Nice
ERROR: Tried to inline nonexistent node
Drinking vinegars, also known as shrubs, have experienced a recent rise in popularity but it's hardly the first time. Colonial times saw them everywhere from tea rooms to saloons. Make sure they make an appearance in your home with this festive, simple option.
Country Breakfast
One of my holiday traditions involves long, leisurely breakfasts filled with decadent dishes that will easily stand in for both breakfast and lunch. That way, my family can go out for visiting, playing in the outdoors, or other adventures without having to worry about another meal until supper time.
Ring of Yum
During a season filled with celebrating, planning parties, attending pageants, decorating every surface and wall in sight, and otherwise being as merry as we can, sometimes being handed a simple meal idea that you can assemble as a family is just what's needed. Whew!
