Seasoned Greetings! Welcome to the December issue of Seasoned Cooking. The holiday season is upon us and we are here to help! Whether you need help with dinners and entertaining or cookie and candy-making, we're ready to offer aid and insight.

We begin with a look at entertaining and getting dinner on the table. We begin with a complete menu brought to us by Sandra Lee's newest cookbook, Semi-Homemade Money Saving Meals. Get everything from appetizers to dessert and everything in between! Entertaining has never been so easy … or frugal. If you are looking to present a Christmas ham, look no further than the Ingredient SpotLight. A couple great recipes and lots of good ideas await you there. Phil is offering a simple crab-stuffed squash recipe for your entertaining needs in Phil's International Flair and a pasta dish that can serve as either a simple main dish or an inspired side is waiting for you at the Rush Hour column.

On the sweeter side of things, we're helping you embrace your sweet tooth! Whether it's the candy-cane inspired cake that's waiting for you at the Happy Endings column or the huge selection of Christmas cookies to be found in the Kitchen Focus column, we're helping you put together your sweet treats for the holidays. You'll also want to check out the nice selection of Christmas candies we're sharing in a special feature on Christmas Sweets.

There is a lot more to be discovered in this issue. Enjoy it and share it with your friends. And don't forget to tell us about what you like and don't like by using our feedback forms in every article. Enjoy the opportunities to spend time with friends and loved ones that this holiday season brings and here's to a seasoned lifestyle.
