Seasoned Opinions

Ronda L. Halpin
Halloween has become a huge holiday event. But few traditions carry as much creativity and fun as carving Jack-O-Lanterns. Whether you are a traditionalist that prefers to crave faces into your pumpkin or you view it more as a broad canvas for your artistic expression, carving pumpkins is a great way to share your fun and inspired side. So this month, we're asking you about what you are putting on your Jack-O-Lantern.

I'll begin. I've long been a fan of carving creative pumpkins. Everything from cat faces to ghosts have graced pumpkins in years past. This year, I am contemplating something a bit magical for at least one of them. Maybe a mermaid or the man in the moon will find their way onto an orange canvas at my home. Time will tell! In the meantime, have a Happy Halloween!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
