"Next to eating good dinners, a healthy man with a benevolent turn of mind, must like, I think, to read about them."

    -William M. Thackeray

Welcome to the June issue of Seasoned Cooking. We sure hope that Mr. Thackeray was correct in his assumption and that you'll like reading about all of the fun things that we have in store for you this month.

We begin with a feature article designed to help you take a break from your busy summer schedule. With a title like Pamper Yourself, it's got to have something nice to offer you! Get hints on taking some time for yourself and even some recipes featuring tea.

We then move on to some great grilling recipes. Get great recipes and tips for your outdoor entertaining by visiting Phil's International Flair to get a tried and true recipe from Mom that tastes out of this world and the Land of Leftovers column gives hints and recipes featuring peppers roasted on the grill. Not done yet, we've still got a great Father's Day brunch menu featuring grilled pork tenderloin at the Rise 'n Shine column and a perfect dinner course of grill steak with a special horseradish sauce for any special event at the Rush Hour column. If you like your grill, you're going to love this month's issue!

That's just a sampling of what we have in store for you this month. I encourage you to take some time to discover the hidden gems in this month's issue. Here's to a seasoned lifestyle!
