January poses fitness problems for many of us. Oftentimes, the holidays leave us with a few more pounds than we started off with. Probably the most famous New Year's resolution out there has to do with dieting and losing weight -- or at least, trying to do it! However, January also piles tons of snow and freezing temperatures on some of us too! So, here's the question: How do you maintain a good fitness program despite a frigid world outdoors? It's your time to help us out of our fitness slumps this month!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
